starting may seventh i drank nothing but water. may eighth i started slimquick’s two week detox( it was for one week, but i bought two bottles for two weeks ) during the detox i was working out four days a week for at least two hours while staying heavily hydrated. began taking a dyaretic which makes you pee a lot so that plus drinking tons of water helps so much. i went on a vegan diet and not even eating the substitution food, just fruits and vegetables some days i’d eat a vegan friendly chicken patty though lol anyway, by around this time i started working out six days a week which i still am now; and i just stayed positive the entire time i never doubted myself, oh and about drinking water, some days you can put in a crystal light packet or some times i just made organic vegan smoothies on my bend the diet days (: good luck <3

Anonymous: I need to lose just as much weight as you! What brands and stuff did you use? Because I've tried so hard and never seem to get results. We have almost the exact same stats too!you inspire me


Water = No Brand Needed, unless Crystal Light Single Packets.

Detox Pills = Slimquick Cleanse 7 Day Program ( i did two weeks so bought two bottles of it )

Regular Diet Pills = Slimquick

Water Pills = Diurex (Makes you pee and helps get rid of excess body water)

Fruits&Veggies = Produce section(;
